Location

Collioure is located in the southern part of France on the Mediterranean Sea.  It is situated in the Pyrenees-Orientales department of the Languedoc-Roussillon region and is only 30 minutes from the Spanish border. 

Chateau de la Rocasse is located in the heart of downtown, right on the Mediterranean Sea, directly adjacent to Collioure's church, the Notre Dame des Anges. 

How to Get There

BY PLANE
Easily accessible from International airports such as Paris, Barcelona, Montpelier.

Domestic airports include Perpignan (1/2 hour), Girona (1 hour), and Toulouse (2 1/2 hours).

BY TRAIN
There is a SNCF TRAIN STATION IN COLLIOURE (Downtown).  The apartment is a pleasant walk of 750 metres or 1/2 mile away. Full directions are provided upon confirmed booking.

Daily train services between Collioure or Perpignan and Paris, Lyons, Marseilles, Metz, Strasbourg, Lille, Toulouse, Geneva, Brussels, Barcelona and Figueres.

BUS SERVICES  
A bus transfer can be booked from the Girona airport on www.perpicat.com.

RENTAL CARS
Collioure and surrounding towns can be enjoyed easily on foot or with the assistance of the municipal bus.  If you would like to rent a car, vehicles are available for pick up at all major airports.  Perpignan also has car rental companies at the airport and train station.  Parking is available in the municipal lots for 45€ for the week.

BY MOTORWAY
If travelling from the North => A9 Motorway: exit ‘Perpignan Sud’, then expressway to Collioure (30km)
If travelling from the South => A9 Motorway: exit ‘Le Boulou’. Argelès- Collioure is 25km by taking the expressway - full address details provided with confirmation

D914, exit 13 is more scenic, along the coast
D914, exit 14 is more direct, and an inland drive

BY SIDE ROADS
If travelling from the North => Narbonne – Perpignan, then RD 114 Perpignan – Argelès- Collioure
