Rental Period
During the high season (June, July, August & Christmas), rentals are for a minimum of 1 week. Otherwise there is a minimum stay of 3 nights.

Check out: 10:00

Security Deposit: €300

Payments are accepted via wire transfer, PayPal or bank draft.

Cleaning Charge for the apartment is included. 

No pets allowed

No smoking - if upon departure it is found that there has been smoking inside the apartment, the security deposit will be forfeited.

The terms and conditions document must be acknowledged in writing and deposit received prior to receiving confirmation of stay.
